“Very good services and hospitality, the staff at the pool were super helpful, staff who make up rooms leave little gift (tea bag, sweet ginger, massage oil) at subsequent nights. Very good environment with lots of trees and garden-like open spaces (unlike morden hotels with concrete and glasses and buildings). A signature fragrance everywhere. Quiet and relax ambience. ”

“今次一家住了4晚，在海灘前排的房間，空間大，整體服務及設施尚算滿意，價格合理，去樂園非常近，適合帶小朋友的家庭。 我非常推薦酒店逢星期三/六的BBQ自助晚餐，有火舞表演。氣氛很好。另外在沙灘上的The Haven Beach Clud也很有情調，住客的餐飲有額外折扣。 唯獨浴室比較不滿意，水不夠熱，開最熱也只有暖水，所以浸浴體驗不佳，浪費了浴缸，主房浴室也有點味道。”

“We stayed for three nights and could not have been happier. The room was spacious, clean and really comfortable. It was well equipped and had a lovely bathroom. The staff - who spoke very good English - were very attentive and kept in touch through WhatsApp and arranged numerous trips (including rescuing us when we had a flat bicycle tyre). "Very beautiful resort, well maintenance, we stayed for five days and didn’t leave the resort at all. We only go to nearby shops such as Wellness Spa and July Spa for massage which is within the hotel area. The hotel is exceptional and we love the Pink Pearl Restaurant where I had celebrated my husband‘a bday there. We created so much happy memories here in this beautiful place. Staff are very helpful and attentive. "
