"The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Cologne. Check in was easy and the room was well proportioned and had everything we’d need. The room was quite dusty and the bathroom had marks all over the tiles of old shampoo. On our first night, my husband got a beer from the bar. I asked for an Aperol Spritz and she said they could only do beer. She told us to pay at the main desk and didn’t come over to take our payment for almost ten minutes.
