The inn is in the perfect location to watch a launch from the beach then walk to the pier to see the sunset or take in morning walks on the beach, ride a bike or explore the area! "This was a great place for our adult family with grandkids to meet in the Melbourne area. The house was clean. Nice beach views from two upstairs bedrooms. A great bedroom for the children with toys and a set of bunk beds downstairs.Kitchen fully stocked with pots pans and storage bins…. We ate several meals at home. The beach was fun and very accessible.Sharman was very responsive and easy to work with. Went out of his way to make sure we had everything needed for a large family with babies and children. "

"Unbeknownst to us until we actually arrived, there is MAJOR balcony construction happening. No access to balcony - jackhammering & pounding noise from 8-4 during the week. We left 12 days early because construction penetrated both bedroom walls under the windows. Debris and dust inside ! Got a partial refund from Owner upon discovery of conditions but it was not nearly enough to compensate for the lack of ocean view balcony access, the noise, the debris and having construction workers on a scaffold right outside your bedroom. "
