“The setting was beautiful, very old-time Floridian. Courtney, the receptionist, and later our server for breakfast, was courteous and accommodating. The included breakfast was delicious.
We had actually forgotten a personal item and I contacted the inn for assistance. Dean was able to ship it back to us quickly.
I highly recommend this B&B and plan to stay there again as my husband I need to make a trip to Melbourne annually.”

“The room was nice. The screened in porch overlooking the backyard and river was great, as it allowed us to spend all our time outside, if not sitting down by the river. Shower hot with great pressure. Sitting down by the river was a great experience. The pool was clean and a perfect temp for swimming. No one could have prepared us for the sound of the train, which is unfortunate for all who live near the intersection where it blows its horns going by. We got used it after a couple of days and……
