Hi Chun Mei, Thank you for your feedback! The apartment that you have made the booking for was called the Warehouse Loft and it is staircase access only. If you make the booking yourself, you would have seen it online that states it is staircase access only and the entrance is on Malthouse Lane. The only reason we were asking you if you would like to upgrade yourself to a one-bedroom was because we saw the size of your luggage and were wondering perhaps you'd prefer to use a lift instead.
