Family of 4 stay
Stayed here for 1 night as we landed very late into Melbourne. We got to the motel at around 11:40pm. We took the shuttle directly from the airport, which was very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious for 4, bathroom was clean and shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/ shower cap were provided. Towels were soft. I especially loved the heater light bulbs in the bathroom! It kept us warm during the winter. I would definitely come back if I had to stay near the airport.

We chose the property expecting breakfast. It was not included. We chose not to pay $44 and instead grabbed a bite at the airport before our flight. The shuttle service to the airport was good. The room was minimal but served our 12 hour stay.

Unfortunately far away from mid city areas. The location perfect close to airport, however, with shuttle service available. We loved the Happy hour and dining options. We also appreciated that desk service permitted cancelation without penalty.

We stay here often before we fly out on a holiday. Airport transport and being able to leave your car at the motel is very convenient. Rooms are basic for the price; they used to be reasonably priced due to the age of the rooms. Good for one night. Beds are comfy and rooms are clean.

Room was clean and had everything you needed; staff were helpful and friendly. However, the bed was terrible, the provided alarm clock and tv did not work. Place was really noisy, paperthin walls.

I just had an overnight stay but everyone from the shuttle drivers, to the desk clerk to the cleanliness and convenience of the facility to the airport made it a 5 star hotel for me. The facility itself is nothing fancy, but it is very well maintained and had a surprising nice onsite restaurant that served a good variety of entrees. The pasta dish i had was actually quite good.

Basic room but clean and quiet. Fridge was off at the mains and didnt notice at first so milk was luke warm as it took forever to maintain a cool temperature . Breakfast was excellent . Staff friendly and helpful . Good airport transfer.would use again

What a surprise to find such an excellent restaurant in a Best Western! I had a superb rack of lamb, not expensive. Otherwise, this BW lived up to the usual good standards in terms of rooms etc. Staff were very helpful.
