Nicely renovated condo with a lovely balcony to enjoy the sunrise! Fully equipped. Within easy walking distance to the harbor, promenade and historic downtown Melbourne. Easy drive to other space coast towns. Would definitely recommend!

Great Location!

The space itself was very quaint and cozy. Sitting out on the balcony is also a plus. The only suggestion I would make is to have the couch cleaned, as you can see the dirt on it,so I put a blanket on it so I would feel comfortable sitting on it. I was also disappointed that the pool was not usable, that is NOT the hostesses fault, but should be noted if you are looking forward to using it like I was. The location was perfect for visiting my son at college and the beach. I would definitely stay here again. I should also note, I texted Tammy a question and she got back to me immediately.

Harbor view

Condo was perfect. Easy to get to all the places in Brevard County that I wanted to see. The owner was awesome. Easy to contact and work with. Parking was great! Only drawback was proximity to sound of train next block over - doesn’t run at night time though. My son walked over to check out the new high speed line. No stop yet in Brevard county. (Orlando to Miami). Next year we will definitely add that to our itinerary

Comfortable place

My husband, small dogs and I enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, comfortable and supplied everything we needed to feel at home. The park next door, the view of the boats on the river and the ability to walk to restaurants/shops was an additional bonus. We would DEFINITELY book a stay at this location again.

Very clean and nicely updated

We are familiar with the area as we frequently come to visit relatives who live in Melbourne Beach. We have stayed at other condos in this building and nearby properties. It is nice to have an elevator and it has never been slow or failed us. This is the first time in this unit and it was exceptionally clean and recently updated. The bed is reasonably comfortable (we prefer beds a bit more on the softer side.) The bed frame makes quite a bit of noise when you move around. The linens and towels were all very nice. My only slight complaint is that photos on the listing show different patio furniture that is actually at the property. I think it must have been recently replaced. I was trying to avoid the Adirondack style chairs, but that it what I found here. Not enough to really detract from our stay, but my husband could not sit outside at all as he cannot get down into those seats. The kitchen is nicely stocked so I was able to cook some side dishes to take to a holiday meal with family. The electronic lock works well and it is nice to not have a key to keep up with. Parking is convenient and spaces were always available. It is an in-town location and you will hear road noise and trains, but other than that it was relaxing. This is a condo that we will look forward to returning to.

Fabulous

I can’t say enough amazing things about this perfect home away from home. Excellent location, perfect host, quiet condo on the Harbour beautiful view, beach is just over the causeway 2.3 miles. It was just what I needed to relax and enjoy my visit with my daughter in college nearby. Thank you for a fabulous stay. I will definitely be back.

We will do it again.

Aș described but better. We could not figure out the lock box but it did not matter.Everything was great and Tammy the Hostess was super nice. Everything we needed was there and usable. Parking was just outside the entrance. The view was super. Thanks to all that made this ten days wonderful.

Wonderful overall experience!

Tammy was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely helpful and worked with me right away to make things as wonderful and seamless as possible on my trip. I feel like I drove her crazy with questions and changes and she was always quick to cordially respond and help me out in any way possible. The condo is beautiful and has a great view of the harbor and was perfect for my family and I. Walking distance to great shops in Downtown Melbourne where everyone was super friendly. Will definitely consider staying here again on future visits!

Florida get away.

We had a wonderful stay at the Melbourne Harbor condos. The place was neat and very clean. Newly renovated with everything we needed for our two months stay. Nice pool with new lounge chairs. Great location within walking distance of downtown Melbourne. Kayaks and pontoon boat rentals nearby. Sitting on the balcony watching the boats going in and out of the harbor was one of our favorite things to do. We enjoyed this condo so much we will be back next year! Thank you Tammy.

Lovely location!

Tammy was very accessible and helped as much as possible, couldn’t ask for anyone more accommodating. Within walking distance to downtown Melbourne, as well as walking along the docks to the Chart House. Hope to visit again.
