This property and the agency you have to deal with were horrible. I would highly suggest NOT renting this property. The room was not cleaned properly upon arrival; floors, tables and benches all dirty and the cutlery and crockery were disgusting. The dishwasher was broken too which obviously didn't help other people cleaning the dishes properly. But the worst part was the sewerage stench that came from the bathroom every morning and night when more people in the building were using their facilities (even if we didn't use ours.) It was so bad that in the morning after one person using the toilet (urinating only) and two showering, you could not re-enter the bathroom for the next few hours. Unfortunately, no mirrors elsewhere in the property to then do hair/make up etc. Reported this. Plumber came out in the middle of the day (by bad luck) when the issue does not happen. Continued to share information with the agency. Then told by them and the owner, that it's just part of the building and hasn't happened before. It was the most revolting smell we have smelt. Oh, and for people who struggle with stairs or have a lot of luggage, there is no lift and rooms are on the second or third floor (above a restaurant)
