This home comfortably accommodates up to four guests. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious king bedroom, which can be converted into two single beds upon request. The modern bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located for both bedrooms to share. Upstairs, a queen-sized bed in the loft-style mezzanine overlooks the living area, creating an airy and open feel. While this space is semi-enclosed, the design allows natural light to filter through, enhancing the home’s bright and inviting atmosphere.

Located just steps from Smith Street, one of Melbourne’s most vibrant cultural hubs, this home is ideal for travelers attending events at the MCG, Marvel Stadium, or Rod Laver Arena, all easily accessible via the nearby tram line. A parking permit is available for guests bringing a car.

A $750.00 Security Deposit will be required prior to check in. This will be charged to your nominated credit card as a Pre-Authorisation which will be released after you check out.
