Images and description of the property are inaccurate and misleading. When we stayed the property was not ready (cleaners still working at 3:00pm check in) and when we finally checked in at 4:00pm the property was still filthy with sticky streaky floors and glass on the carpets. We ended up cleaning the house again before trying to enjoy the space. I alerted to host to this and he thanked me and offered a 250 refund.Upstairs aircon to master bedroom we couldn’t get cold even with the host’s directions. Wouldn’t be ideal on a 30deg plus day!! As per reviews on other booking websites (which unfortunately I only read after this experience) the host has left personal items throughout the property which is very unprofessional and some are frankly embarrassing (medical documents/specimen jars left in kitchen pantry and passports!!??!). Very disappointing stay made worse by the host blaming Stayz/Vbro for the misrepresentation and cleanliness of the property. AVOID!
