Linen and towels are supplied for your stay, you will only need to BYO beach towels

Cot and high chair hire are available at the house by request if needed during your stay.
Please request at booking and BYO linen for infant.

Pets:
The backyard is fully fenced and we welcome pets at our property.
You must clean up any hair or droppings from your dog to avoid $50 clean up fee.

Groups:
This property is suitable for families, couples and large groups.

House Rules:

No smoking inside the house
No loud music anytime
Neighbours must be respected at all times
No noise after 11pm weekends and 9pm weeknights

Bookings:
Accommodation check-in is 3pm and check-out is 10am, early check-in or late check-out can be booked via the guest portal pending availability.

Inclusions:
All linen and towels supplied If you stay for more than two weeks a complimentary two week clean is provided if requested.
