Bedroom 4 with 2 x single kids bunk beds. sleeps up to 4.
Main bathroom with vanity, shower, small bath and separate toilet. Laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board.
Spacious kitchen including a pod coffee machine. 12-person dining table, fold windows that open out, an inspiring space to work, study or come together for a meal, conversation or board games.
LOWER GROUND FLOOR KIDS RETREAT
A few steps down from the entry, spacious kids rumpus room with split system air con, table tennis table, air hockey, Smart TV, PS 4 & games. Kids Retreat couch folds open to form a comfortable mattress to sleep 2 children. Expansive decking with large table & chairs set amongst the Moonah Trees & a trampoline for the kids.
FIRST FLOOR UPSTAIRS
Bedroom 1 with king bed. Sleeps up to 2.
Ensuite with vanity, shower & toilet, Smart TV, split system air conditioning. A separate workspace & sitting area.
Living, Sitting, Outdoor Entertaining: Spacious light filled living zone with new modern furniture, split system air conditioning, an open fireplace, smart TV & drinks cart. Very cosy & stylish with lots of seating. Bi-fold doors lead out onto the upper deck which has a comfortable couch & vintage bar for breakfast/drinks/entertaining.

Pool is remotely preheated to 28 degrees. Pool & spa heating instructions provided.
LINEN:
2 night stay - The basic linen package provided incl mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows. You are to bring sheets, pillow cases, bathroom towels, bathroom linen, Pool towels. Contact our office for HIRE LINEN prices which includes delivery & beds made prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival.
3 nights or more stay - A full bed/bathroom linen package, pool towels incl with all reservations catering for the number of guests.
BOOKING POLICY - A Security deposit of $2000 will be held on your stored Credit Card & pre authorised the day prior to arrival.
STRICTLY - No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests 28+ will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the min requirements will not be accepted/cancelled. Our booking terms & conditions cancellation policy will apply. CODE OF CONDUCT - A serious breach of the Code of Conduct may result in the termination of your rental agreement & require you to immediately vacate the property.
