Overall a relaxing family getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful views with outdoor seating, good amount of amenities, good heating, well kept garden areas and plenty of boardgames for the stay. The downstairs room needed a deeper clean as it was dusty, toilet seat broken and lights not working (only lamps).

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house did the job, but was a bit squashy for us! We didn’t like the Bedroom that was under the house, as it had no internal access, and theGrandchildren that slept down there, were very nervous as they had togo out in the dark, if they needed anyone! The downstairs bathroom also had blood on the door, and on the bathroom cupboard and the shower was dirty on the floor! The spa bath had dead bugs around it! The view was amazing, and overall we enjoyed our stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stunning views all the bay to Melbourne and to the ocean. House had great supplies and lots of games and puzzles to stay entertained. Loved the fireplace for colder night!
