After a tricky start, where I was charged a room rate but not given the room I originally booked and which took 2 hrs to sort out, the rest of the stay was good. Room I paid for and were eventually given was dusty and had thread bare carpet, but was tidy with a great view. The gym smelt and the jacizzi had no water. Food was good, bar staff and morning breakfast crew were helpful and friendly. A bit of a mixed stay but I would stay again for convenience to tourists attractions and good public transport connections.

La chambre était propre, la salle de bain un peu rustique. En revanche, les serviettes de bain étaient très douces, plus que la normale et c'était très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est varié, en revanche il arrivait régulièrement que certains éléments du petit déjeuner soient en rupture pendant 5-10 minutes le temps que le personnel fasse le réapprovisionnement. Ce n'est pas gênant si vous n'êtes pas pressés, un peu plus si vous l'êtes. Cela était peut-être dû au fait que l'hôtel semblait bien rempli (période d'Open d'Australie). Bonne expérience dans l'ensemble, plusieurs options de transports à proximité. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.

The room is very dated but they do state they’re renovating come 2026. We had multiple problems with accessing our room. Everyone we’d leave the hotel and come back, our keys wouldn’t work. The blanket/doona had food marks on it from a different patron and the fridge had food in it still.

Liked my stay at Radisson on Flagstaff Gardens. The room was spacious and clean, and while the bathroom was well cleaned, it’s starting to feel a little dated. The location is a huge plus, super convenient with the city loop (underground) station almost directly across the road, and there are plenty of great places to eat within easy walking distance. Would happily stay again for the comfort and convenience.
