Well designed property

We were a group of 9 people and we found it to be very well designed and suited our needs for an end of week get away with 3 generations of family. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The key lock was abit tricky to open. Really appreciated the dishwasher

A lovely Easter weekend in Rye

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely weekend at the house, 2 families of 4 with primary and secondary aged children. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep, although the bed in the master was quite uncomfortable. The house is in a convenient location and well equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas, bikes, balls etc but not so much with kitchen staples, you will need to bring foil, olive oil, not enough coffee pods etc. Pretty good location although the local coffee shop is now closed and it was about a 25 minute walk to the beach and other shops. The house is clean, but not perfect, the exhaust above the stove was filthy, there were cobwebs around, the glass in the shower had soap scum, but overall it was great. As linen wasn't included in our stay the doonas and pillows were all uncovered when we arrived, which showed stains on them, no one wants to see that.We particularly liked the speakers outside, so we could lay about in the sunshine and listen to music.

Immaculate accommodation

The property was amazing. Very clean and beautifully presented. However, it did not mention on the website that the house was split into two. As in there was a main house and then a sort of bungalow that matched the house. This was where the children’s bunks were. It made it difficult as we could not hear the children when we watched tele a night and we had to lock them in as they were young children. The heating in the bungalow didn’t work amazingly. In the children’s bunk room the heating didn’t work at all. We are in the middle of winter so this made the room very uncomfortable. Otherwise this is an amazing place to stay.

Great get away

Great property with all modern amenities to make the stay very comfortable. The only problem we had was with lock in bathroom door could not open after locking. No biggie highly recommend.
