Near the city center ~
The most happy thing and experience is Westin they have cross over with new balance , They rent the running shoes , I have good experience to do jogging in mel royal park ~ But have something is disappoint , as I did request for any city view bedroom , so I cannot enjoy a good view of city , also the bath room , it’s good , but I don’t know why the flash button is covered by the toliet cover , Also the shower handle , need to use lot of power to open and get the shower !

We made a noise complaint as other guests were having a loud party on their balcony at 3am and the staff at the hotel basically said too bad they paid for their room so they are entitled to party so not great if you’re staying their with a young family

Lovely property - large twin room was very spacious. Room was a little dusty (I have allergies) and housekeeping a bit hectic. But I did stay during a very busy time.

Westin Melbourne is conveniently located close to main attractions in CBD and the porters/valet parking provided exceptional service while concierge were polite and professional. Hotel rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Note though they only have valet parking option here no self parking available anymore.

Luxury in the heart of CBD
Great place right in the heart of CBD (one or two blocks from main thoroughfare/Town Hall, Lune, Fed square etc right next to Moulin Rouge and Elvia shows. Great pool, sauna, steam and well equipped gym. Great room service but didn’t have BF or use restaurant as was at work meetings.

Excellent Hotel
This is my favourite hotel in Melbourne. I had a brilliant dinner in the restaurant last night. It has a fantastic gym and staff are always professional and helpful.

Perfect stay!!! Welcoming staff, excellent customer service and very accomodating. Wheelchair friendly throughout the hotel. High tea was the best I have had. Room service was quick, the food was hot and absolutely delicious.

Location. , service generally good However waited right up to 3 pm for check in so thought that was a bit late, also a bottle of champagne and strawberries were in our hotel room only for one of the usher team to knock on the door to advise us it was placed in the wrong room and removed it😢 Though that was pretty poor!!!
