The apartment had incredible views (63rd floor) and the staff were excellent to liase with regarding check-in and parking.
The apartment was a little tired and could have done with a good clean but for price, location and that view...Amazing!

Property sent email and sms message which stated that reception hours were till 6pm on Sat and this written on the door but when we requested to leave our bags till 6,we told that they closed at 5pm and we would have to be back before that time .Apartment was lacking in that there no coffee pods,no milk,no shampoo and conditioner or tea towel.Extra towels for use at pool and tea towel were supplied when we requested them by friendly reception staff who also supplied information on trams ad best coffee in the area

Stayed here with the family for F1, perfect location as the tram stop is right at the front door, with free tram access across the city. Also not a far walk to the City. Drive down from Sydney so having parking made it perfect.

It started with cancellation of the docklands room due to damage of reserved room. Was changed to Winston Apartments on Collin’s St, location was great however room was terrible, it wasn’t clean no bathroom amenities ie soaps, toilets where switched off at the tap, windows were not cleaned, only 3 towels for a family of 5 and had to request more , no bedding provided also with kids as this was another
request.Bedding looked like it hadn’t been replaced in ages
