「Our family stayed for a week at this amazing secluded property. We have stayed at many rentals up and down the Eastern Shore as well as the Outer Banks and this was the cleanest house we have ever stayed in. 「The Nassawadox Creek home is wonderful! The house is roomy, and well-equipped. (It even has decent kitchen knives! Usually, that kind of thing is an after-thought.)The place is great for kids, even older kids who dislike family vacations! There is a dock for fishing and crabbing (the kids caught about a dozen crab), and kayaks for the inlet. It was too cold for us to swim in the pool, but I can imagine it would be very inviting in the summer.Altogether a very nice place and we highly recommend...

「As always, Porter’s Barn did not disappoint. This is the second time we have stayed here and will again.Clean, private, close enough to restaurants and shopping. We bring our boat and use the dock daily.The only thing I would add is another chair to sit and look at the views out the front.Unfortunately real life and jobs cut our stay short by a couple of days, but we enjoyed it while we could.」
