“comfortable two days”

“This is a good base . Very comfortable, well appointed and has the addition of a great hot tub nicely tucked away at the rear. We felt the fridge facilities was inadequate as it was too small and made difficult to keep enough product chilled. Good sized bathroom but shower not 4*.Bed very comfortable ,heating adequate. The couple that own the bungalow are very nice and will always help out if needed.”

“Lovely little cottage very well equipped and very clean. A bottle of bubbly and chocolates and a pint of milk in the fridge awaited us. Great location for visiting all the lovely villages in North Norfolk and the coast.”

“Perfect holiday cottage with everything we needed, immaculately clean and the hot tub was fantastic will definitely return”

“Beautiful clean and well equipped cottage Lovely and warm , comfy beds Nice views and close to places to visit We enjoyed a lovely weekend with the grandkids The extra touches made it very welcoming , some nice treats for all , Sweet towels for the baby , PlayStation for the older ones Hope to return”

“A lovely little cabin, immaculately clean and extremely comfortable. Even the bed was comfortable which was a huge bonus. It is obvious that the cabin is a labour of love for the hosts and not just a business. This is seen in the thoughtful way it is furnished and all the little extra touches around the place. The welcome pack was a nice suprise and very welcome. So nice to have their own honey and eggs .... yummy!.The hosts are warm and welcoming just like their cabin. We will return.”

“We had a really pleasant stay here, the cottage is very quaint and rustic and comfortable for a short stay”

“Brilliant stay at Owl cottage - from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome and appreciated. The whole team are absolutely lovely and it's such a well appointed cottage, it has everything you need for a brilliant stay, including a very luxurious hot tub.”

“We stayed in the Tern cottage for a week with our toddler and baby and had an amazing time. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you would need for a family week away, is very spacious, and furnished to a high standard. The garden was perfect both for our dog and for BBQs. The indoor pool was a real highlight which we used everyday. The cottage is perfectly located in the centre of North Norfolk so you can get to most popular locations within 30-40 minutes maximum. This was the higher……

“Really enjoyed staying at Wagtail, the facilities at Cranmer Cottages are comprehensive! The pool with private allotted sessions is a real bonus, we had lovely weather too! Lots to do in the area and all just a modest drive away!”

“Staying in woodpecker was relaxing and enjoyable. Having access to a games room and pool for my kids was amazing. If they had their way, they would’ve been in the pool every day for many hours. It was lovely being able to have the pool to ourselves so it did not restrict us by impeding on anyone else else’s Swim. As we are all keen swimmers for us more access to the pool for longer periods would have made it fantastic for us and we weren’t aware at the time of booking that it was bookable……

“Fantastic stay in Swallow Cottage! Clean, had lovely furnishings, and well equipped with everything we needed - particularly the kitchen. Our entire family absolutely loved the pool, which was always spotless and perfect temperature. My son looked forward to swimming in the bubbles (the water jet) at each swim session! Outdoor area was great as well, as we could sit on the patio and see our son playing on the swings and slide from afar. We all enjoyed watching the rabbits come out in the……

“We had a brilliant stay at Coot cottage, though compact it had everything we needed. Having the onsite pool and tennis courts were handy as was enjoying the surrounding countryside.”

“Given good directions to property. Instructions for parking and accessing the property out of reception hours were easy to follow. Fakenham not too far away for grocery shop. WiFi was not terribly good but the whole area around there seems to be much the same. We didn’t use the leisure facilities as we were only on a short break as our first visit to Norfolk. So much we wanted to see in the area. One little issue was the low flying aircraft which gave us a bit of a fright the first night……

“Confusing knowing which company was letting this cottage.”

“Well provisioned and very comfortable. Easy reach of North Coast and East Coast. Would definitely return”
