We contacted Vacasa the rental management company and decided to leave the property and stay with friends as the windows were broken and shattered and the master bed was broken, no wifi, no functional washer and the list goes on. I expect a full refund from VRBO....I am a frequent client of VRBO and this was not acceptable. Please advise how to go about obtaining a full refund or I will……

“We got to the house and it was a lovely house, in a great location. The garbage outside had meat and other garbage not in bags. The storm door was broken which we fixed ourselves, the floor was full of sand, the air conditioner in the kitchen didnt blow cold air and the fan in the ktchen didnt work either, the remote was nowhere to be found. I think some of our money should be refunded.”

“We booked this property for (1) night, 5 days before we were going to New York. We live in Maryland. Instant booking, no issues. I didn’t hear from the host at all. I messaged the host twice Saturday. The day I was suppose to be checking in. He then calls my cell phone and tells me that this rental is usually meant for 3-4 night stay minimum. No where in the contract/info/description said that. He told me he was going to cancel the booking because the property wasn’t ready! He must’ve just seen……

“We loved at how peaceful it was . Stores and restaurants nearby. We had no problem finding the place. Only thing we recommend is more blankets not enough blankets for 3 people. Other than that we enjoyed it. I would definitely rent again”
