「It the beginning of the season so there are bound to be some hiccups but the host was super responsive and handled everything quickly. House is a bit smaller than appear in pictures. Says it sleeps 12 but that really is a stretch. We had 6 and that was fairly packed. We had a day where we lost water. The hot tub needed treatment so was down for a couple days. Only 2 small pans. Need a large pan Master bedroom curtains don’t cover the whole window so get ready for some bright...

「We traveled from Michigan to New Hampshire to visit my friends daughter who recently moved there. This house was perfect for our home base. The home is beautiful, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. Perfection! We traveled to Maine for a day at the ocean and were happy to return to such an enjoyable home. A few dinners and Sorry games later and it was back to Michigan. This home is as advertised....maybe even a little better!」

「We had the best time here. My husband and I stayed with our 6 friends for 2 nights. We loved waking up looking at the beach. We had a small campfire by the lake! We all highly reccommend! The house is huge, clean, provides every amenity imaginable and the deck and waterfront setting was ideal for a family gathering. The girls had the living room so plenty of space when they needed a break from each other. It was pretty expensive tho. Figured it would be nice to have toilet paper, some dishwasher tabs, paper towels...basic stuff that most vrbo homes to start out with. All in all it good stay.」

「1st week of September with temperatures in the 80’s. Couldn’t ask for better weather. When we entered the home we saw a spectacular view of the pond from the kitchen and living room. Perfectly bordered by the trees on either side it’s picture perfect. We had a wonderful stay floating in the pond and we even met a couple of kayakers. This is a beautiful and peaceful place to relax.」

The multi level layout was a bit more than our health challenged guests anticipated. Gma and great grands could not maneuver all of the stairs down to the dock. 「We stayed between Christmas and New Years to go skiing at Gunstock - it rained 2 out of the 3 days but the house was so great with the indoor pool we didn't mind being stuck inside. We had an issue with the TV in the pool area and someone came out to look at it for us which was appreciated. Only thing I would recommend is adding a hot tub! Great place and thinking of renting again in the summer to enjoy the lake!」

「We stayed in excellent VRBO rentals before. Only problem was garbage from previous rentals had never been removed from property. As snow melted we found an old cigar but on deck as well as dog poop. Which we picked up ourselves. The were many different conflicting instructions on what not to do and what to do in regards to heat, water, dishwasher (there is no dishwasher), but there were pods for one? Otherwise, we had fun.
