「The room was nice and the breakfast, great. The only problem was that the pool was closed, and we had seen no announcement or indication that that was going to be the case. Since we travel with kids, the pool makes an enormous difference when we pick somewhere to stay. We paid a higher nightly price overall because we saw that this hotel had a pool. In other words, we paid for a service that we did not receive.」

「1. Property manager has no clue what her job actually is.
2.The property is falling apart, it is a trip hazard for anyone who stays there.
3.There is no service of any kind, no trash collection, you have to dump your own trash, no dirty linen replacement, you have to ask for fresh towels, washcloths, hand towels,etc. daily, the bathtubs are dangerous they are NOT! slip resistant I had to purchase a bathmat from the local store in order to safely take a shower.
4. The rooms are filthy.
