"I had added an extra day onto my trip with Expedia, received an email receipt confirming the extra night, etc. For some reason, the hotel was not notified and expected me to check out a day early. Me showing them the updated reservation dates, as well as calls between Expedia and the hotel didn't resolve anything. The front desk said there were NO rooms available, so I had to check out immediately (no apologies for the inconveniences, etc.). As I'm checking out downstairs, my friend checks online and sees there are rooms available. We were too annoyed to argue with the front desk, so we just left."

"When we checked into our room there was a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door, hair on the floor of the shower, and used soap in the soap dish. I parked in the back lot and the scanner never worked to let me in the parking lot."

"The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic. Worked great for our night for the price!! Lots of restaurants around."

"We had a wonderful stay at Pat and Gary's apartment in Pensacola. BEautiful view of the ocean! The apartment is beautiful and Pat and Gary are tremendous hosts (available, friendly, responsive). The location is excellent (walk to the beach, 3 minute drive to restaurants in town and about a 15 minute drive to downtown pensacola). We totally recommend it! and we hope that we will be back soon!"
