“We loved our stay! This is a spacious corner unit with two roomy bedrooms, each with a nice closet. Both bathrooms also have ample space. Lots of natural light comes in the large living room/kitchen windows. We were able to walk to Beale Street, Gus’s Fried Chicken, Wiseacre Brewery, Central BBQ, and many other great places. Having a dedicated parking space was also a bonus. We would definitely stay again!”

“This unit was very clean. The management was very attentive to any questions or concerns I had. The parking area where you pulled into the property was small and you had to back out to get to the street. There were a lot of homeless people in the neighborhood. “The check in process was great. It seemed liked the ambiance of the building had something to do with a lot of fish tanks. The lobby and sitting areas smelled like old carpet. The 17th floor hallway had many fish tanks which a couple had a horrible smell and was obvious that they haven’t been cleaned. It was a lot of random old furniture just placed throughout the building. Our apartment was clean and our host was nice. It was comfortable. Also the building had 3 elevators but only 1 is……

I contacted the host to try and get the camera footage to give to the police and I was informed that the cameras on the property does not work and have not been for a while.
