We absolutely loved this house! The property is located on a quiet safe cul de sac and is close to all of the fun activities that Memphis offers. The rooms are decorated in fun themes. My daughter was crazy about the Elvis jungle bedroom and we enjoyed the BB King master. The family also liked the spacious hot tub, arcade game and foosball game. We got addicted to Foosball and spent our last night having a tournament. Your house was a lot of fun! Thank you!

Our eleven year old said it was his favorite house of vacation because it was so clean and homey! Location was great proximity to zoo and museums. Rooms don’t get very dark at night due to street lights but we were fine. Rooms were decorated beautifully!

We came to Memphis for a winter retreat with the high school youth of our church. There was plenty of space and everything was clean and just as described. The home is close to so many things we wanted to do and only 20 minutes from downtown. The neighborhood was great and we always felt safe. Lots of restaurants nearby to choose from. We used the game room and common areas for card games in the evening- the hot tub was a hit with the guys. Highly recommend this home for visiting Memphis and not having to stay downtown!

We enjoyed our stay and this location was the perfect spring board for seeing Memphis sights. There was plenty of room for everyone and the house is decorated so nice. It was clean and comfortable. One tip, there were plenty of utensils, etc, but the pots and pans had seen better days. If you have specific cooking needs, factor that in to what you bring. The host actually had toilet paper and trash-bags available, this was a pleasant plus!

First time to Memphis and we couldn’t have been happier with our trip and this house to stay in. It was very clean upon arrival, all things were as listed, our kids really enjoyed the game room and hot tub. This is a great house to rent, very updated and on a culdesac street that was very quiet. We were close to everything and within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to see in Memphis. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Memphis again.

We loved staying at this property! This home has more than enough for us to do instsad of venfuring out in the city in our downtime. Don't judge the area by the drive in. Our GPS took us through a rough neighborhood but once we arrived it was quite nice. Some of the pros- amazing heavyweight duvets (thin blankets also provided), working hot tub, game room with board games/foosball, propane grill with propane tanks, full kitchen, and quiet neighborhood. Some things for the owners to think about: The master bed on the main floor was VERY soft. Too soft for my husband to sleep on but there were plenty of other bed options. Maybe provide a laundry basket downstairs since the master and hot tub are downstairs with the washer/dryer upstairs. The tv in the living area was small and hard to watch from across the large room. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again!!
