My only concern was some equipment/mechanical noisiness that occurred late at night and early in the morning (two different issues). These did not occur during my first stay at this hotel, so it may have been related to the location of my assigned room. The staff are top-notch, and the breakfast is great, with healthy options. I'll be back.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was really comfortable and clean. My only complaint, and I know it is not necessarily the fault of the hotel, was the smell of "medicinal products" in many areas.

Not bad but they could be better

Room was great and beds were comfortable. The reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is because the breakfast was lacking. This hotel, although almost identical to most in Olive Branch was more expensive than many but didn't offer any upgrades for the price, for instance a better quality breakfast. The biggest downside was that the lobby was under construction upon my arrival and during my stay and not only was I not aware of that before booking, the cost of the stay was not reduced due to the inconvenience!
