“The place was as advertised. It is a basic room off a larger house. Everything was clean but older house so a little worn. The outdoor space is rough-- but Memphis in August is too hot to really enjoy outside.Location is close to everything and if you are just in town to see the sights this is a convenient place. Bar/local chain restaurant a couple blocks away. The only thing that was odd was the choice of chairs but a Target folding chair sorted that out. ”

“The house was clean smelling, but the floor was very sticky and dirty. The floor in one of the rooms needs replacing. it was nice to have washer and dryer there. Its a convenient location, but I would not stay there again. ”

“Matthew was very friendly and receptive during our check in process and the place was fantastic! Centrally located just minutes away from Beale Street and was surprisingly not crowded as we visited as much as we could in three days! Plenty of room for six and beds were comfortable. Loved being able to park in the garage and felt safe during our stay! Thank you!”

“The midtown home was in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Perfect size for one or two people. The unit was clean and sufficiently stocked with necessary amenities such as bathroom soap and shampoo as well as kitchen utensils. Bed was comfortable and living room area was comfortable as well. Check in and out extremely easy and communication with management was excellent. They respond quickly to any questions. Air conditioning consisted of a window units in the living room and bedroom.
