「Staff」

「The hotel was very clean, and right in front of the ferry which was very convenient!」

「Staff were incredible at helping with my numerous requests. Breakfast was delicious. The room was lovely. For the price I can’t think of a better place I’ve ever stayed at. Not sure when I’ll be back to lake Como but if I ever do, I’ll stay here again!」

「Really like the garden suite! Impeccable service. Very welcoming. Staff are very kind. Highly recommended for a romantic stay!」

「nice view! The lady at the reception is very kind. Staying one night there was a good choice for us.」

「Very disappointing stay considering paying up to Euro 1500/ ++ per night F&B - 2 out of 3 restaurants are booked for event and not available to guest - Food quality is subpar (from breakfast to dinner) Spa - Spa is fully booked for the entire weekend (no slots reserved for in house guests), we asked during booking whether spa needs to be book ahead and was assured availability upon arrival - Heated pool temperature is lukewarm at most Room - Sound proof in bedroom is very poor, you can...

「Excellent」

「Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!」

「Staff and hotel was realy nice」

「Fantastic room, as advertised. Great location, excellent view, the staff are all friendly and most helpful. The restaurant food and service was excellent.」
