Have stayed on there (one of 3) properties a few times and it’s never a disappointment. The rooms are cozy and comfortable and the breakfasts are delicious. Was able to enjoy the wine and cheese afternoon service as well. Love coming up to Mendocino and enjoying my stay at the Inns of Mendocino.

I love our water tower room, very cute, clean very private. It’s close to everything but no problem with parking . We had a great time walking on the trail overlooking the coast and specially on sunset! Our breakfast delivered to our room was delicious . I highly recommend this place❤️

Our room at the Packard house was lovely! Very well appointed and clean. The Inn host was so thoughtful and kind. She made an amazing breakfast and set it out early for us to pick up so we could start our day on time.

The Blue Door was beautiful whereas the JD House was worn and the stairs were much too steep for older people. The shower in the King at the JD House was claustrophobic.

Location was great next to downtown. Excellent eating and shopping close by. The first night our bed was very uncomfortable. Staff was very accommodating and moved us to a new room in the main house. The new room was nicely updated and the bed was very comfortable. Wine in the evening was very nice and breakfast was good and brought to your door in the morning.

The "Packard House" of the Inns of Mendocino was such a wonderful Bed N Breakfast. The property was decorated beautifully. The bedroom my husband and I had was very large with a nice bathroom. We were the only room on the first floor which made things very quiet and convenient. Outside of our room were 2 living areas and a dining room. We felt like we had rented the entire house. The location was a quick walk to restaurants and shops.

As all of Mendocino's Inns are old houses, so were the 3 "Inns of Mendocino." We had a cottage suite in the back of the Packard house. It was walkable to restaurants, shops and the Headlands trail. Breakfast was delivered to the room in the morning in a picnic basket. We only stayed 2 nights and didn't have breakfast the second morning as it comes late between 8:30 & 9 am. A nice charcuterie and wine hour is in the main house but only for an hour and we missed it. Fresh warm cookies are there in the evenings for guests. Everything was clean. Staff were helpful. Best shower water pressure ever! No A/C but fans and cool ocean air. Would stay again.

Pretty coastal town. We didn’t realize that our stay was in a B&B house away from the Inn. We were very happy with the accommodations! Breakfast arrived in an insulated picnic basket - everything was fresh out of the oven and delicious!

Would have been very useful to.know that adjustments to the breakfast (e.g. vegetarian, decaf coffee) needed to be made before 6pm. Other places we've stayed in with similar in-room breakfast delivery have been much more flexible.
