This is a nice hotel around a convenient area. The staff was friendly and knowledgable. As others have mentioned, there is a small issue with the shower and the floor getting wet. The restroom where the toilet is is enclosed but doesn’t have a vent. Other than those 2 things, everything else was great. Breakfast was good with a variety of items. Room service was convenient.

Worst Hotel Interaction Ever

I was scheduled to stay on the Royal Princess Hotel from 1/3/24 to 1/7 after making my reservation online. I had just arrived from climbing Aconcagua with my climbing team and the hotel DID NOT honor our reservation because of an unwritten policy to not accept guests from the mountain. Multiple egregious issues- first, this policy is written NO WHERE. This is a policy that does not exist and should therefore not be enforced. Secondly, this policy is discriminatory against guests- how does this even exist today? Lastly, the receptionist made no to little effort to assist us at such a late hour to secure alternate accommodations. This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had and I would 100% NOT RECOMMEND the Royal Princess Hotel. Tenía previsto quedarme en el Hotel Royal Princess del 3/1/24 al 7/1 después de hacer mi reserva en línea. Acababa de llegar de escalar el Aconcagua con mi equipo de escalada y el hotel NO cumplió con nuestra reserva debido a una política no escrita de no aceptar huéspedes de la montaña. Múltiples cuestiones atroces: primero, esta política está escrita NINGÚN DÓNDE. Esta es una política que no existe y por lo tanto no debería aplicarse. En segundo lugar, esta política es discriminatoria contra los huéspedes. ¿Cómo es que esto existe hoy en día? Por último, la recepcionista hizo poco esfuerzo para ayudarnos a una hora tan tardía a conseguir alojamiento alternativo. Esta es, con diferencia, la peor experiencia de hotel que he tenido.

Apesar de bem cuidado, os quartos estão muito velhos. Ar condicionado antigo e barulhento, o banho é dentro de banheira, quase não possui tomadas e a cama é pequena com travesseiros ruins. O café da manhã é fraco como geralmente é na Argentina.

When we arrived they first gave us a room that wasn’t even cleaned and the bed not done after prior guets left. The guy at the reception was very kind and gave us immediately a new room. The toilet paper was literally paper and the breakfast also disappointing. The place has 4 stars, then you get compared like that and the conclusion is that it is not deserving…
