“In the service industry things can you wrong but it’s how you recover and make the customer 100% satisfied. The weather was very bad when we checked into Cielo. We were warmly greeted with hot coffee and tea before our room was ready. There were a couple of issues with our room as a result of the weather. Nobody’s fault. Hotel Cielo and management addressed the issue immediately and provided us options. The views from their loft are spectacular and I’m sure ona clear day, the views of the Andes……

“Quarto espaçoso, com ótimo banheiro/chuveiro, cama excelente, café não é muito variado, pois são poucos quartos na pousada, mas atendentes preparam na hora o que pede/quer. Cortesia de uma garrafa de vinho e pode consumir as que adquire na vinícola a qualquer hora no restaurante/pousada, sem custo. Funcionários sempre solicitos e atenciosos e a visita a vinícola/bodega inclusa perfeita!
Pontos a melhorar: WiFi, apesar de cobrir toda área da pousada, mostrou dificuldade para acesso à páginas web;……
