"Very nice place, very quite, but all equipment is not designed for 4 persons, fridge to small for one week, deep pan to small, no toaster, a bit more equipment would be appreciate forfamily who cook themselves, and more place to hang towlesor or clothes Would be nice, an additional cabinet in the kitchen, regards"

"the property was beautiful. the apartment was very spacious. absolutely loved staying there. loved the animals on the property. a little difficult to get to but manageable."

"The stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. Most descriptions were adequate and we found what we expected. Some problems with the water supply were promptly repaired after we informed the owner (Thanks to him - overcoming some language barriers!). The only aspect which was less ideal was the description of the way to get there. The description could be improved as we arrived late in the dark and therefore pathfinding was a bit confusing. It should be mentioned that the streets are not paved at...

"Great place just a few minutes away from the water and supermarkets and a nice beach at Intra. Quiet, big garden, we found everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Seems to be very much suited for stays during colder times with a fireplace and Infrared sauna."

"Loved it and can’t wait to return! The view is gorgeous—amazing sunsets and, in the morning, Varenna is lit up by the sun. The patio is also right next to an old waterfall/fountain ruin type of thing that is lit up at night and it’s stunning. The inside of the apartment is also fantastic and we loved the very large bathtub and the rain shower heads. A few things to know—it IS the penthouse so there are quite a bit of outside stairs to get to the apartment. It wasn’t really a problem for us but...

"The home was very clean and quiet as it is situated at the end of the street. The view across the water to Italy is lovely. It is a short drive or walk into the adorable old town. We really enjoyed the hot tub too…even in the rain!"

"Pros: Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe im Detail und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, war für uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern und einem Hund ideal, mit einem riesigen Garten in dem sich unser Hund austoben konnte. Auch zum Wandern ideal, nur eine gute Stunde von zwei sehr schönen Aussichtspunkten über den Comer See. Vor allem auch einen großen Dank an Paola, eine sehr liebenswerte und tolle Gastgeberin, die sich regelmäßig nach unserem Wohl erkundigt hat. Es hat wirklich alles gepasst."
