We stayed during a winter snow storm and they were absolutely wonderful about (1) moving us to a more accessible location after my first attempt to book, and (2) about letting us know that the area would be plowed, etc. The cabin itself was absolutely gorgeous, and the hot tub on a cold night felt fabulous.
