My family and I spent Thanksgiving week here and it was wonderful! The pictures online actually make it look smaller than it is. We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of space. We had 14 adults (6 couples and 2 single brothers in their 20s) and 5 children (aged 2-6). We filled the place, but had enough room for everyone. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces of the house as well. We spent a day in Chattanooga, and occasionally ventured out for a park, disc golf, groceries, etc. Mostly we just enjoyed time together in the house. One suggestion would be to bring a folding table, if possible. There's only one table in the house (and a small one we used as a kids table) and it wasn't big enough to fit all of us. Plus, we like to play games and do puzzles, and there wasn't room for that here.
Further breakdown of the bedrooms if you're interested: On the first floor, there are 3 BRs. One with a full-size bed and a private bathroom, one is a large primary bedroom right in the middle of the house with a king and private bathroom, and then there's a large suite with its own wing of the house. Up one staircase, there are 4 BRs. 3 have full beds and 1 has a king. Those 4 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms. Up another staircase was what we called the "cousins room". This is a long room with 1 full-size bed and 4 twins. There are French doors in the middle that you can close to make it more like 2 rooms.
