「The exclusive penthouse room was an absolute delight to stay in. I was fortunate enough to be able to check in earlier than expected, which was a lovely start to my stay. 「I am booking a room ‘King Suit Paranomic View’, but the ‘Paranomic view’ is a car park!! The bathroom has smell. Many things in the room are covered by dust! There is water left in the kettle by previous guest, and the kettle is also covered with dust! I told the reception that I need to checkout at 8 am. The lady said that they will serve breakfast for me at 7:30, BUT, nobody was there until at 8:02 I tried to grab someone from the kitchen to do the checkout for me. I almost miss my train....

「Odayı burdan iptalsiz bir şekilde aldım eşimle gittiğimizde karşılamama çok kötü idi hepsi ayrı suratsız ve klozet çok eski odaya su bile koymamışlar Su ısıtıcısı çay kahve yok, sonrasında biraz silleyi gezdik ve orada kalmama kararı aldık sonrasında Konya’nın merkezinde daha modern güler yüzlü ve temiz bir otelde kaldık asla tavsiye etmiyorum parasını ödedim ama kalmadım birde ben balkonlu en iyi odalarını tuttum o halde böyle hissettiysem siz ona göre karar verin otel işletmeciliği yapıyorlar...
