Die Lage ist sehr gut. Ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen, aber trotzdem zu Fuß oder über den nahen Bus in wenigen Minuten gut mit dem Stadtzentrum verbunden. Generell könnte die Anlage mal eine Renovierung vertragen. Viele Einrichtungsgegenstände in unserem Appartement stammten aus den 1980er Jahren. Der Empfang und auch der Service war sehr freundlich. Den Preis für das angebotene Frühstück (ca. 28 Euro pro Erwachsener und 17 Euro pro Kind) haben wir mit Blick auf das doch recht überschaubare Angebot eindeutig als zu hoch empfunden und haben uns dann doch lieber für ein Frühstück im Appartement entschieden.

posto assolutamente MERAVIGLIOSO. Bellissimo esteticamente, con piscina, idromassaggio all'aperto, giardino curatissimo e tantissimi angolini con sdraio e lettini per rilassarsi. Camere ampie e pulitissime e parcheggio interno. Ma il vero apice si raggiunge con la splendida Gitti che gestisce la struttura: sempre solare, sorridente e disponibile è la vera incarnazione vivente dello ZEA CURTIS.

EINFACH PERFEKT - WIR KOMMEN WIEDER

Die Residenz ist einfach ein Traum. Ein wunderschöner riesiger Garten, ein grosses geheiztes Schwimmbad, zwei Whirlpools innen und aussen, ein Fitnessraum, Sauna usw. schöne Zimmer mit grossem Balkon, ein top Frühstücksbuffet mit Speisen aus der Region, super gute Cocktails und Kuchen. Die Herzlichkeit des Teams (Besitzer und Angestellte) ist umwerfend. Jeder Wunsch wir dem Gast von den Lippen gelesen. Es macht einfach Freude zu sehen, dass das ganze Team mit ganzem Herzen dabei ist, die Gäste zu verwöhnen. Bei uns in der Schweiz sollten sich viele Hotels und Restaurants an der Gastfreundschaft im Südtirol ein Beispiel nehmen. Das Preis/Leitungsverhältnis ist einfach TOP. Herzlichen Dank für alles. The apartment was large and had lots of space. Beds were very uncomfortable and we were unable to rest. Best part was the closeness to the ski mountain and going sledding. The town was super cute!

Liebevolles und familiär geführtes Haus

Unser Aufenthalt im Appartment war sehr angenehm. Vor allem haben wir das Bad im Pool und Whirlpool genossen. Auch den frisch gebackenen Kuchen am Nachmittag haben wir uns mehrfach schmecken lassen. Gern empfehlen wir diese Unterkunft weiter.

Lovely apartment - spacious, super facilities

Lovely staff, warm, welcoming, helpful, friendly, (English speaking - excellent). Spacious rooms, well-appointed, super bathroom (nice glass-sided shower cubicle with double head.) Comfortable. 16m pool (clean, never too busy, well-maintained). Nice gardens. Outside jacuzzi. Wonderful. Breakfasts looked good (tho we preferred to go into town). The Merano area is beautiful with lots to do (cable cars, gardens, castles, walks, huge numbers of restaurants and cafes, all reliably good and not expensive). Loved it all.

Rilassante zona residenziale ben collegata con autobus per il centro. Bel giardino attrezzato e supermercati nelle vicinanze. Personale gentile e attento.

Sehr zufrieden

Die Gastfeundlichkeit hier ist überragend.Die Leute sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Im schönen chilligem Garten lässt es sich wunderbar erholen. Das Morgenbuffet ist überragend. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Un ottimo albergo, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Consigliatissimo! Vicinissimo al centro (Terme 1km a piedi), piscina e spa proprie, alcune stanze con cucinino, posteggio per i clienti incluso nel prezzo. A meno di 100 metri 2 ristoranti di cui uno convenzionato (sconto). Mini supermarket e tabaccaio/giornalaio a 150 metri e Despar a 200. Ampio giardino e alcuni giochi per bibimi. Gestione familiare, proprietarie molto capaci, professionali nella gestione. Consigliato specie a famiglie, ma bene anche per le coppie. 1500 caratteri sono pochi per descrivere bene, provare per credere!

Nett mit Einschränkungen

Die Inhaberinnen sind sehr zuvorkommend und gastfreundlich, doch das überspielt leider nicht die fehlende Sauberkeit der Ferienwohnung... Bei unserer Ankunft lagen Rosinen und Trockenobst der Vorgäste auf den Böden und der Kleiderschrank ist eine gefühlte Ewigkeit nicht ausgewischt worden. Hingegen fanden wir die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche sehr sauber vor! Wenn jemand selber kochen möchte, dann ist die Küche eine "Zumutung". Klein, eng und nicht ausreichend mit Kochutensilien ausgestattet. Kaffeemaschine nicht mehr zeitgemäß => eine alte Filterkaffeemaschine... Toaster, Mikrowelle oder Backofen sucht man hier vergebens, sie sind nicht vorhanden. :-( Die Lage des Hotels ist gut; zu Fuß gelangt man in ca. 10-15 Minuten in die Stadt, eine Bushaltestelle ist in 2 Minuten Entfernung. In der Nähe des Hotels ist ein toller Laden mit Back-, Metzgerware und Einigem mehr. Paar Meter weiter befindet sich auf der Hauptstraße ein großer Supermarkt (jeden Tag geöffnet). Die Hoteleinrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Matratzen sind hingegen top! Für den Fall dass jemand gerne etwas weicher mag, verfügt das Hotel über Auflagen, die bei Bedarf auf Anfrage gerne gestellt werden. Sollten jemand auf Luxus oder moderne Anlage hoffen, oder sich komplett selbst verpflegen wollen, so würden wir dieses Hotel, trotz der wahnsinnig sympathischen und bemühten Gastgebern, nur eingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Unseren Aufenthalt bewerten wir mit vollster Zufriedenheit. Das hübsche Hotel, geführt von einem äusserst freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Team in Zentrumsnähe diente uns zum Startpunkt aller unserer Aktivitäten (Bergwandern, Radtour, Shopping-Tour,..). Mit dem beheizten Pool konnte auch bei Rückkehr noch geruhsam Entspannung und Erholung gefunden werden. Alles in Allem eine gelungene Residenz.

War einfach nur toll! Sehr guter service. Sehr freundliches Personal. Bei Fragen für Wanderungen etc. gute informationen und ideen. Sauna berreich klein aber FEIN. Jeden zu empfehlen ob Familien wanderer oder abderen.
