「Place is decent for a small group. We traveled with 5 adults. Beds upstairs were good. Downstairs pull out was uncomfortable. There is a 50 HOA “parking fee” to get into the property. This is communicated after booking but not before. A little ridiculous because you do not receive anything for this additional cost. It was a good house for our purpose. 「We had a fantastic stay over Memorial Day weekend! The house is incredibly spacious and came stocked with all the amenities we could possibly need. The location is perfect, it's a great home base for visiting Yosemite, and being just 5 minutes from Mariposa made grabbing groceries and dining out super convenient.
