“Such a cute place to stay! The directions were perfect and check in was a breeze. However, the owner does not respond quickly or at all. Seems to have automated responses. A couple of quick notes for the next renter. There is no dishwasher. Which is odd, as it’s a big kitchen. We hand washed our dishes, but wondered about cleanliness, if counting on renters to do this?The unit is modern and decorated so uniquely. We loved it. Bed was comfortable, but the loft was very angled, so watch your head!……

“A more unique retreat in KY situated in the middle of nowhere along/near The Bourbon Trail will not be found. This hobbit/gnome themed outdoor resort is at first stunning and then you begin to realize all the work that must have gone into it and all the thought that went into the details/design. From the rock fountain, the hillside rooms, gazebo with swings and fire pit, hot tub room, and the extra large reception/game/common area, etc... it is all there, it works, it is comfortable, it is……

“We stayed here as a group of 3 for the K3DE. The property is wonderful. It is very well equiped. You can tell the Owners put a lot of love into it. It was very clean & well stocked. Loved the towels! The beds were comfortable. The porch was a wonderful place to unwind after the park. I will definitely look at booking this property again next time we go!”
