「The pictures do not do the home justice! It’s gorgeous! The bedrooms are huge! Very comfortable and clean. Encourage everyone to look up the history of Perryville during your stay!」

「The property was lovely and a wonderful home base for our bourbon trail trip. It was quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. This was my first VRBO stay and was so easy and smooth. It was a great experience.」

「It has dirty dishes in the cabinet and old food left in the fridge and freezer. The outside is extremely over grown.」

「The property was exactly as described. We spent four days at this amazing place, intending to see the local area, which we did for two days. The other two days we enjoyed the peace and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of coffee and fresh bread. The space was clean and big enough for the two of us. Judith was available but not bothersome. We will definitely be back.」

「Hot tub was nuts lots of ticks tho scary」

「Great place close to Louisville, but still just far enough to feel like a good getaway. The space is great, good AC and plenty of beds and the community pool just 50ft away is a great bonus. We always enjoy our stay!」

「The property was close to the wedding venue at the mansion. When we arrived at the cottage and opened the door there was a heavy musty smell. The baseboards and vents were filthy. The bathroom door was clearly rotten from top to bottom. The entire bathroom is in dire need of a remodel.」

「Beautiful property in the rolling hills of Kentucky. Great for couples as well as families. Very clean accommodations with tons of amenities. We stayed in the Wizard room which had serious Middle Earth vibes throughout. Property owners were regularly on site and very helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed. Bonuses; chickens on site provided fresh eggs, in room coffee, tea and hot cocoa service, extra large community hot tub, fire pit with swings around it, fitness room, charcoal...

「We really enjoyed our stay at Eire Cottage! We felt right at home the moment we walked in, greeted with bourbon trail and horse country decor, with a homey touch throughout. The bedrooms were clean, cozy, and beds very comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were also very clean and decently stocked - much appreciated! Brandan is a great host, and responsive to our requests. Loved the variety of coffee and snacks that were provided for us! Of course, the star of the show was the wonderful...
