Experience ultimate luxury in our exclusive villa, set on a vast estate designed for both relaxation and indulgence.
This breathtaking property features a beautiful garden with a natural swimming pond and a private tennis court, offering endless outdoor enjoyment.

Step inside and discover a spacious living room perfect for unwinding or entertaining.
The home cinema is ideal for cozy movie nights with your favorite snacks and drinks.
Enjoy the warmth and ambiance of the gas fireplace.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with 3 ovens, 2 microwaves, a high-pressure steam oven, 2 dishwashers, and much more — everything you need for your culinary creations.

Families are warmly welcomed with child-friendly amenities, including 2 highchairs, travel cots, a crib, a play tower, swing, trampoline, toys, game console, reading books, board games, sandpit, small boat on the pond, basketball and football court, ping-pong, foosball, and much more — boredom is simply not an option!

For those seeking the ultimate spa experience, unwind in the Finnish sauna with infrared cabin, jacuzzi, and hot tub for 6 to 8 people.
Host the perfect outdoor dinner with our fully equipped outdoor kitchen and gas barbecue.
Challenge your friends to a game of pool indoors or let the kids enjoy the chill/playroom, complete with a PlayStation.
Create unforgettable evenings in the party room, equipped with karaoke, DJ, and lighting setup.

The villa features five beautifully decorated bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Two bathrooms include showers, while the third has both a shower and a luxurious bathtub.
The top-floor bedroom is air-conditioned for a perfectly comfortable indoor climate.

Sports enthusiasts will love the fully equipped home gym, ping-pong table, darts, foosball, basketball and football court, and tennis court.
Outdoors, you’ll find two additional recreation areas by the swimming pond with picnic tables, sun loungers, and a small boat.

Heerlijk huis in een rustig dorp nabij Gent. Sfeervol, brandschoon en compleet. Hartelijke gastheer, fijne bedden, zonnig terras, mooie tuin en leuke tennisbaan. Extra plus: de gezellige kroeg in huis!
