Clean, cute rooms. Bathroom a bit outdated, but good beds and it was quiet for us. Great view on tenth floor. My kids loved the shallow area of the pool (even in January). Great location to walk or short taxi rides to destinations. If you want something with a mix of western amenities with Mexican charm, it's a good place to stay. Restaurant was a bit expensive for us personally, but room price was spot on. All the employees were friendly with us.

The hotel was nice and in a good location, the room was a bit small but still met our needs, the a/c worked but you need to give it a good 30 mins before it cools off. The pool was really nice and the staff was very helpful, we didn’t have a refrigerator at first but they brought one up to our room, the food was really good in the hotel restaurant, staff were very polite and accommodating!

Nice spacious room and very clean. Quiet at night but noisy during the day. If you want to use the coffee maker in your room you to buy each the coffee from the maids...just saying. AC functions well. Lovely pool which is open until 11PM but during day time there is no shade.

Great value for what you are paying ! Really close to downtown and amazing climate control inside the rooms and the hotel in general. Ultra clean and professional and would definitely recommend to someone who is looking for a clean, comfortable and peaceful place to stay in Mérida.
