We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Merida. The location is the best you could find in the middle of everything. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. We were disappointed with the pool as it’s basically a dark hole in the ground and did not look clean (we didn’t go in). The bathroom is a half wall so unless you are single, it’s not very practical. Water pressure was amazing in the shower. There are no curtains in the window so if you like to sleep in, this could be an issue (it wasn’t for us). Overall I would recommend the hotel for a few days if you want to be able to walk everywhere in Centro

La habitación es amplia y agradable, pero el lugar puede ser muy ruidoso. Ninguno de los dos días logramos acceder a la piscina porque no estaba en las condiciones adecuadas. Day one, I found the safe box locked, therefore it was unusable, I made them aware of it but it was never corrected. Day two, I wasn’t informed that I had to leave the key in the front desk when leaving for the day. I came back that night and my room wasn’t made. Only stayed two nights but they didn’t clean the room or made the bed. Bummer. Other than that the place was nice and well maintained, the location unbeatable and the price was right.
