This hotel was very pretty, it's close to downtown. The pool was great and we loved sitting outside at night with the hotel reflected in the pool. We stayed in 8 different towns during our trip to Mexico and this was probably the most comfortable bed we had. The only thing we wish would change is the lighting, it's a really harsh bright blue, we actually ended up using our phone lights to read before bed instead of turning through light on. Lamps and warmer bulbs would really improve the rooms, it was still great though.

One of the best values we have had traveling in the Yucatan. Clean, large rooms, friendly staff and very walkable. Try the La Casona Izamal restaurant when you stay here. 15min walk, great food and if you're adventurous, Bar Rogers is a must! Maybe 5mins walk.

Nos cambiaron de hotel según que el que reservé estaba en mantenimiento. El otro donde llegamos bien pero no funcionaba el agua caliente. Se avisó el personal pero nunca corrigieron

Staff is amazing, friendly, outstanding customer service. The property is colonial style, and simply fun with lots of character. I definitely recommend this hidden gem when planning a trip to Yucatan... this little small town of Izamal, Citilcum, and Merida are beautiful.

Decepcionante
Al llegar no había nadie en recepción. Se pidió alojamiento para 3 personas por habitación y solo pusieron 2 toallas, un jabón y un shampoo. Cucaracha en el lavabo del baño. Focos sin funcionar por lo que no había iluminación en la habitación y el servicio de restaurante muy desorganizado. El cafe no era del día, nos dieron para cafe soluble para componer el agua pintada que nos dieron, hace falta mayor serivicio y atención. Solo eramos los unicos en el restaurante y así fue tardado el servicio.

Quaint little hotel with simple amenities. Pool was needing to be cleaned but was adequate for a dip to cool off. A bit of a walk to the center but not unsafe to walk at night.

El hotel es muy hermoso, solo tienen que cuidar la limpieza de la alberca, no tiene recirculación ni filtración lo que la hace un riesgo para la salud. Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado y tuvieron que cambiarnos de habitación debido a que no pudieron resolverlo. El personal muy amable y educado

El anuncio dice que en la propiedad se sirven desayunos pero el restaurant esta permanentemente cerrado, solo lo abren para eventos. A mi juicio le faltan dos lámparas de mesa por habitación, una lámpara adicional en el lavabo y poner mejor iluminacion en el cuarto.

Hotel Tuul was great place to stay in Izamal! The beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. There was hot water and great pressure! The rooms and areas were very clean and staff was very friendly! We loved swimming and sitting around the pool :)
