The breakfast was excellent. However, there were small red bugs on the bed. In the morning we were all full of itchy bug bites. No sure if those were bed bugs or fleas. But the experience of sleeping at this hotel was really disappointing.

A beautiful hotel , very clean, staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfasts are amazing with homemade authentic Mexican dishes, hosted by the charming owner Rucio who even shared some delicious recipes. We loved Zamna. The staff was great- very helpful and respectful of our privacy. Morning breakfast was very good. The only problem was that the beds were very hard. If that’s what you like, then Zamna is perfect.

Quiet stay in Mérida

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel for 5 nights. The highlights were the service from all of the staff, the pool was very nice, and the breakfast. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood and we heard little noise at night.

Great gem of a small hotel

This is an amazing little hotel near to the center of Merida. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was very good and we appreciated the little touches such as lactose free milk. The breakfast fruits were very fresh and tasteful. If we return to Merida, we definitely will stay here again

We stayed at Zamna for 4 nights, absolutely wonderful experience! Very clean, friendly & helpful staff. Leidy had our rooms spic and span daily, and we loved making small talk with her; sweetest housekeeper ever! Daily breakfast and coffee was delish! Very easy check in, safe and quiet area, short walk to the busy center of Merida. Cannot recommend Zamna enough!

Chose Hotel Zamna for your next stay in Merida

This was a lovely quiet and comfortable place to stay. The service was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great with a different menu every day; they even had lactose free milk and coffee/tea service available all day. I enjoyed using the outside hammock on the patio with the honor bar. The pool was a lovely antidote to the hot days.
