Lo único bueno es la ubicación, de ahí en fuera todo caótico, desde un principio en sus servicios antes de reservar dice desayuno continental incluído y si no les haces mención, ellos no te dicen nada al fin de cuentas nos dijeron que si nos los pueden dar, pero tendríamos que ir a otro hotel, quien sabe dónde porque no deje que me sigan diciendo, simplemente ya no me interesaba, todas las mañanas el eco se escuchaba y niños corriendo por sus pasillos, la limpieza les tuve que ir a decir si no la hacían porque desde temprana hora salimos llegando al medio día me percató que no la habían hecho y baje a recepción a decir y entre ellos mismos se contradicen me dijieron que alas 3pm la harían y que ya no, porque la señora a esa hora ya no estaba, 10min después tocan la puerta y me dijeron que si la harían, llegando me percató que si la hicieron pero las mismas sábanas en la camas solo las acomodaron tenían pelos y todas las sábanas junto con las toallas percudidas SUCIAS MANCHADAS, el día que era nuestra salida tuvieron un problema con el agua y nos salimos sin bañarnos, SU UBICACIÓN BUENA Y AHORA QUE HAY DEMASIADO CALOR LO ÚNICO RESCATABLE EN LA HABITACIÓN ES EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO ENFRIA MUY BIEN, NO LO RECOMIENDO Y TENGAN POR SEGURO QUE JAMAS VUELVO A RESERVAR EN ESE HOTEL. Y SE ME OLVIDABA UNA SEÑORA ME IMAGINO QUE ES LA ENCARGADA O DUEÑA QUIEN SABE, SIEMPRE CON UNA CARA DE NEGATIVIDAD. ESPERO PUEDAN MEJORAR EN EL TRATO A SUS HUÉSPEDES PORQUE DAN MUCHO QUE HABLAR....

Had to wait over half an hour to even be seen when there were two members of staff and only one other guest trying to check in. The room was filthy - I stood in something sticky, the surfaces were black with dust, dirt and hair, there were even wasps on the bed. The room is also way smaller than the listing gives the impression, I could only just squeeze my suitcase in and could not open it. Everything in the build could be heard and there was a window above the door so if felt like you could be watched without privacy. Worst, I booked the place specifically with WIFI as a priority because I have to work and take video meetings but it did not reach the room. The reception to their credit tried several things but nothing worked. They tried to charge me more and move me to another room but the problem would be the same and I should not be charged more for their fault. In the end, everything took over an hour and I had to leave and book another hotel with working WIFI. They dealt with things poorly and while I'm normally patient and understanding this has left me with a sense of injustice and lack of care. I don't know if I'll even get my refund.

close to bus station, i did not like that it smelled like mildew, The door to the room didn't lock. it was brighter in the room at night than during the day couldn't sleep. The staff didn't fix the problem with the door though they tried. I've stayed in places cheaper that were way nicer.

No cumplió mis expectativas

Las habitaciones no son tan limpias como en la fotografía en específico los pisos, no sale suficiente agua de la regadera y no tiene agua caliente, el servicio de Internet es malo y muy ruidoso el ambiente, no existe política de silencio en los pasillos por lo que si alguien está transitando de noche o madrugada con alto volumen de música seguro no duermes como en mi caso y más porque llevé a un menor de edad, no existe ese tipo de control nadie le dice que no puede hacer tanto ruido, lo único bueno es la ubicación que está justo frente al ADO y su cercanía con el CAS

El lugar estaba limpio y está ubicado frente a la terminal de autobuses, lo cual es conveniente. Por el contrario, al momento de hacer el check in nos indicaron que no tenían servicio de internet y que no garantizaban que se resolviera. Estuvimos sin ese servicio los dos días de nuestra estancia. También reportamos una fuga en el lavabo del baño, al abrir la llave el agua salpicaba por todos lados mojándonos la ropa. Nunca fueron a revisarlo. Y finalmente nos tocó una habitación en la planta baja, dónde (por el eco del edificio) se escuchaba todo lo que pasaba en recepción, así que me tocó despertarme varias veces en la noche por el ruido.

Don’t Stay Here!

Although the people were nice they were disorganized with check in. The beds were made beautifully. The mattresses were hard but comfortable for sleeping. The room was clean except the black mold going up the wall in the shower. There was NO hot water in the shower. The sink faucet overshot the sink and wet the floor. The bath towels we were given were still damp. We could hear the staff talking to each other from the hallway to the registration desk all night. They had drinking water in a big jug at the registration desk but no cups! Fortunately we had empty bottles to fill. The room smelled of paint. I was very disappointed.
