The apartment was comfortable, well-appointed, well-located, and within walking distance of most sites. The TV is not a smart TV and does not support Netflix or other streaming services. The TV did not work initially, and the owner fixed it, but it is still not able to stream US/English programming. Parking is in a paid garage and it a short walk away.

Great Roman Antiquity Location

Large, super clean apartment with comfortable beds located within minutes of all the Roman monuments. Note that the Vrbo listing indicated 12:00 check in but it is actually 16:00. Francisco did everything he could to get the place cleaned and ready for us early. They also went the extra effort to confirm our arrival before we checked in.

Perfect location and ideal apartment

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Mérida. There were only two adults staying, so there was more than enough space. We enjoyed the Picasso themed decor. There is no elevator in the building, but we didn't anticipate any problem carrying our bags up a few flights. (Lucky for us, Santos's assistant met us and helped carry the bags upstairs.) The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable, and the central air conditioning was wonderful to have during such a hot July stay. The bedrooms had abundant closet space, so it was good to be able to fully unpack. We didn't cook while there, but did use the coffee maker (pods were provided) and the clothes washer. There is a clothes drying rack available and plenty of space to set it up. The location was ideal to tour historic Mérida. We were able to walk everywhere from the apartment. There is a restaurant on the first floor of the apartment building, so we could start our day with breakfast there. Also, we found plenty of shops and other restaurants within walking distance. A very helpful binder with information about the apartment and the area was provided. For instance, a recommended restaurant list was included. I was very happy with the choice of this apartment and would stay again.

Fantastic location and spacious

Lovely apartment right in the town center. Spacious and Picasso deco is nice. It has everything you need, fridge, washing machine and some cooking stuff. The only complaint is that there is small coming from bathroom drainage which definitely requires fixing.
