“Excellent location. General facilities are professionally kept and serviced. Two small details impacted our visit. Sofa in-room is tiny and uncomfortable, and the only living room seating. Queen-sized bed was also very uncomfortable to sleep on. Otherwise kitchen was well-equipped, washer/dryer worked great and shower/bathroom was lovely. ”

“Beautiful room. Disappointed that the 2nd room had no air conditioning unit - our children were very hot and ended up sleeping in the lounge room on the couch. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the pool and our private roof space. We ate dinner up there every night! Will definitely stay again - but will make sure all rooms have air con next time. ”

“Osprey apartment had an large garden （probability the only among the region) which you'll hear minimum traffic at the balcony. Walking distance to the main beach/cafe area is about 5 minute, great if you are looking for a quite yet not too remote place to stay. Facility in the room is a bit out-dated, but the space is quite large with front and back balcony, all in all it's a great value if money. I'll stay here again next time.”

“The toilet roll is not in full but only half which is unexpected. No body wash provided. The facial tissue is in the box fixed in the toilet and not movable. No blanket on the bed.”

“The property is very well located right on King's Beach .It was great walking on the the beach and then straight into our unit complex. It was very clean and tidy but could use a freshen up with a re paint. Otherwise , a very lovely stay which we will be doing again in the future. ”

“The room is big and clean with a nice balcony. It only takes few minutes walk to the Kings beach which is a beautiful one. Some restaurants are near by and a bus station is very close. Will book it again next time=]”

“when we arrived at the hotel it had heavy rain, outside of eleverator or builiding floor were all very wet, we had to be walk very slowly to avoid falling down. We tried to have BBQ at swimmin pool, it was clean, but the light was not working well. The shower curtain was not possible to stop shower water to flood on shower room floow, due to poor design. The worst thing was our room carpet was very wet on second day morning, due to last night's rain. We can only say it was not a good……
