"The staff is wonderful, very pleasant! The hotel needs a renovation especially the older sections. The rooms need to be cleaned better. Although there are elevators,( not always strategically located), they need to install ramps for those people who may not be able to navigate stairs! The food was good, but only a buffet for breakfast every morning was not ideal. "

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Villa Copthall! The service was exceptional! Many thanks to the great staff who took very good care of us. I will miss you all. I hope we can meet again! Additionally, the location was very serene. I loved the coziness of being tucked away between the mountains…yet, the hotel was not too far from the capital, and many attractions! My only note to mention was that we saw that breakfast was included in the price. When we checked in, we were told that part of the breakfast (fruit and a drink I believe) were complimentary. However, I was really impressed and grateful that the staff cooked meals to my liking, and even adjusted the menu on occasion. Overall… Great staff! Great food! Great service! Great location!!!"

"Absolute stunning view and friendly staff. Rooms and property were clean and adequate - bonus having a fridge and water kettle in the room. So nice having the restaurant on site. Building certainly not high end and is old in need up updates - but it is clean and functional (as is the state of most properly on the island). Would go again :)"

"Had a good 5 day stay. Was greeted on arrival by the person caring for the house. He showed me where everything was located and all the instructions i needed to know. The house was clean and everything needed as far as appliances, gadgets, supplies was provided. The A/C works great. There’s no cable on the tv so if you need tv bring a Roku/firestick etc. Theres a very secure privacy gate which made me feel more comfortable and secure. The house is up a very steep hill so transportation is a plus but walking is doable also. To get to the main road and to the beach, It took me about 5-10min easy walk down and about 15-20min walk up. The walk up will test how in shape you are Would stay here again if needed. "

"Lovely views across the street to the ocean, worth taking a camera there with you, birdlife including humming birds, and the sunsets over the ocean, twice we saw the elusive "green flash". They have hire cars next to the accommodation. You will need a hire card to get around or organise a driver / licenced tour guide & vehicle to get around"

"Spacious, with 2 patios (dining tables on each & multiple defined conversation spaces). Host lives in her own unit just below this VRBO and thus was available to answer Qs re where to find things or even offer activity & sightseeing suggestions. She also connected us with a local who made & delivered a hot 7-course dinner incorporating the local cuisine. (We all agreed that this was one of the best meals we had during our 2-wk stay.)"
