“Overall the property was as advertised. Close to Smith Falls and Merrickville, it is situated on a small waterway that is peaceful and has seating on the dock. Price was fair for the accommodations. The icons on VRBO indicate that there are two showers but there is only one. The upstairs bathroom is a tub only. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything that we needed. We had a lovely stay.”

“Great cottage to relax with friends. The Cottage was in great shape and clean, but could use a good deep cleaning in certain areas. The dock and waterfront areas are amazing. The Sauna heats up quickly, but only fits 2-3 adults comfortably. Overall a great cottage and will definitely be looking to book again in the future!”

“The cottage and the area are lovely. Loved the hot tub and the dock. The cottage could use some maintenance though. Broken bed. I know you said that you have ordered a new one. Very uncomfortable mattresses. Broken microwave handle. Door off the sunroom sticks badly. If these were all fixed I would come back and / or recommend to friends.”

“Renfu was very nice and accomodating and could be easily reached and responded quickly. The place is beautiful and even though the meteo was not at it's best, we were still able to use the canot and kayaks to go on the river. We had a great time.”

“The house had a well stocked kitchen for dishes,etc. we did find the fridge a bit small. There were plenty of linens and towels. All the bedrooms are a good size. Pretty location. “I cannot say enough great things about our stay. Jake was fantastic as a property manager. He was super helpful, easy to get hold of and very accommodating. The house is absolutely gorgeous. “It’s a nice suite that’s well stocked with what you need to be comfortable. It’s a quiet area with plenty to do. We loved walking through the area and exploring. My only observation is that the Sunrise Suite is very aptly named as it is bright even with the curtains. There’s a skylight over the pullout bed that doesn’t close.
