The property was good though they are renovating; excellent breakfast BUT. Expedia charged us $100 more for the 3 nights than the hotel said we paid. So Expedia must have gotten that $100. Won't use them again.

I had a great stay and would definitely give this hotel 5 stars. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and recently renovated, and the location was very convenient. There were a few small hiccups, such as not having an iron or a “Do Not Disturb” sign in the room, but these were minor and completely understandable given the recent renovations and ongoing updates. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would happily stay here again.

We got in late and the guy didn’t give us a key so we couldn’t leave our room. He walked us up to the room. The bed sheets were dirty, the coffee pot was broken. Hair in the shower. The room was disgusting.

They are still under construction so there is a bit of stuff laying around and dust dirty saw dust and such. But the staff was so nice and helpful. My tv didn’t work and they tried everything to reset it and all. They couldn’t so they moved me to a new room just like my first one! They checked in to make sure everything was going fine. The hot breakfast was delicious!!!! eggs sausage potatoes waffles and the best little scones! When I was out at the wedding ceremony the cleaning crew came in and made my bed took the trash out and gave me fresh towels! I definitely would stay at this location again!!!

The hotel was under major renovation and there were signs all around for that. The carpets were dirty and run down. The room was just clean enough but needs major upgrades or maintenance. Properties under renovation should be marked on their website and Hotels dot com App so I won’t select them.
