「This was our first time at this property. It was not during peak season so I don't know how it gets during peak season but as far as I know, the hotel was full as it's not that large. The room was wonderful. We were in room 12. I had a beautiful deck overlooking the ocean and the beach our own walkway to the beach. The temperature in the room is comfortable. 「We arrived at 2 and were told we could not check in until 4 unless we paid $50. We went back at 5pm and the room still was not ready. It’s the middle of May. The hotel was NOT very busy. Waited another 1/2 hour for the room.Staff was not too helpful but they did not charge us the extra fees. And then our room was never cleaned. We are repeat customers. Not sure we will return」
