「The decor of the Black Swan Inn, in our room and throughout was absolutely gorgeous. Everything whose beauty is enhanced by sparkle or shine did just that. Breakfast was delicious, prepared and served up by solicitous staff. The owner greeted us when we arrived and made us feel very welcomed. It was a great stay in a historic Inn. Anyone heading to Tilton and Lakes region should book there.」

「Comfortable and inviting best describe our stay. Our host, Nancy was warm and knowledgable about the area, and whipped up the most scrumptious french toast that no other could rival. The beds are comfortable, the rooms quaint and cozy, and the most special feature of our stay, were the 2 lovable doggies that demanded scratches, which we glady provided. Such a lovely experience.」

「Beautiful property with gourmet breakfasts. Sweet dogs. Comfortable bed. My only recommendation would be to add grab bars in the bathroom and rubber backing for some of the throw rugs. (We’re old and not as stable as we used to be!) Nancy was very accommodating, allowing us to use the outside stairs, which were an easier climb. She and Lindsay did everything to make our stay enjoyable. We would definitely go back. 」

「A beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. The inn keeper was especially easy to converse with and she offered unique breakfasts that were different each morning, creative and so nutritious and delicious: it was a highlight of my stay. It was worth being late to work each morning just to be able to experience her creations. Oh,and her friendly and sweet dog was truly icing on the cake. 」
